Anita is provided by Anita International Inc. to schools, educators, and participants for educational assessment purposes. By using the platform you agree to use it only for lawful educational activities and to comply with applicable privacy laws, including COPPA and PIPEDA where they apply.

• School deployments may rely on school authorization for under-13 participants where permitted by law.
• Independent educators must obtain verified parental consent before assessing under-13 participants.
• Participants and advocates may exercise access, correction, deletion, and consent withdrawal rights through the data-rights workflow.
• Assessment content may be processed by configured AI providers; see the privacy policy for cross-border details.
